Subscription Terms

1. Seven-day free trial

New eligible accounts receive one seven-day free trial. Starting a trial requires selecting a plan and billing duration and authorizing a recurring payment through Razorpay. Your selected plan's active-algorithm limit applies during the trial.

One trial per account. Cancelling does not restore trial eligibility.

2. First charge and automatic renewal

Your first recurring payment is processed automatically when the seven-day trial ends, unless you cancel before the first charge. The subscription then renews automatically at your selected billing duration (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) until cancelled.

3. Pricing

The displayed plan price is the final amount authorized for each billing period. There is no additional platform fee at checkout.

4. Plan limits

Each plan limits only the number of simultaneously active algorithms (Starter: 2, Professional: 5, Advanced: 10). Drafts and stopped algorithms do not count toward the limit, and all plans include the same product features.

5. Cancellation and access

Cancel automatic renewal any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period. After entitlement ends you can no longer start new algorithms, but your account data, saved strategies, and logs remain accessible and you can always stop running algorithms.

6. Payment failure

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries per its schedule. Entitlement continues for a short grace period during retries; if payment ultimately fails, the subscription is halted and new algorithm starts are blocked until payment is resolved.
